Position Summary:
We are seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to join our NSU Health dynamic team. In this front-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from registration to payment. You will support front desk operations and coordinate administrative functions within our medical offices, upholding the highest standards in customer service and compliance.

Education:
o High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of customer service or administrative experience OR an associate degree and 1 year of relevant experience
Skills & Knowledge:
o Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
o Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
o Basic knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
o Experience with Electronic Medical Records (preferred)
o Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole (preferred)
