Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains scanning folders timely and accurately.
- Monitors stat scanning to ensure availability in EHR within two hours of receipt.
- Monitors and distributes faxes and mail throughout the day..
- Monitors and files Batch (DISC Fax) documents through Epic, Allscripts, TouchChart.
- Retrieves archive records via HITS or microfiche and scans to EHR.
- Reconciles failed faxes in EHR.
- Attends meetings as required. Approximately once a month.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
