Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a high-end medical or surgical practice.
  • Manage patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  • Perform data entry and billing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle front desk operations, including answering patient calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with office management and marketing initiatives, including social media activities.
Essential Skills
  • Strong customer service and administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with EMR and practice management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Work Environment

On-site office setting with working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. This long-term role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end plastic surgery office.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.70 - $35.60/hr.
