Job Specifications:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Shift: Monday to Thursday 11 AM 5:00 PM, Friday 11 AM 3:00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Maintain electronic individual files
Complete data entry and upload necessary documents.
Answer multi-line phones and direct calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
Verify client insurance benefits to determine coverage and copays.
Prepare and distribute meeting materials and agendas.
Conduct initial intake interviews with potential clients to assess their needs and eligibility for service.
Coordinate referrals to other providers or community resources as needed.
Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an office environment.
Experience with HIPAA laws.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health is preferred.
High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
