LPN or MA - Patient Care Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Proven ability to efficiently manage referral processes , verify insurance eligibility, and maintain accurate medical records. Skilled in communicating with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure timely and appropriate care coordination.

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments

Physician schedule management

Referral Database management

Insurance verification and Authorizations

Rooming patients as needed

Ability to build rapport with patients, physicians, and other practices

Qualifications:

Patient Care Coordinator, LPN or MA preferred but not required

Medical Terminology

Computer skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong leadership qualities

Bilingual/Spanish Speaking Preferred
