Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5PMwith occasional Saturdays. Location: Onsite - 501 N Yarbrough Dr,Bldg. B, El Paso, TX, 79915 Primary Responsibilities: Preparesweekly reports including documentation for management regarding thestatus of Data Rap appointments and general patient information.Collects clinic performance and quality metrics and producesreports for management Oversees the membership report and ensurethat information provided by the information technology departmentis updated on a bi-weekly basis to reflect all current patient dataCoordinates initial patient contact and ensures patient eligibilityto clinic and verifies that the appropriate primary care physicianis listed prior to setting up appointments Prepares and mails outnew patient packets to include welcome letter, magnets, bios, andappointment confirmation dates Completes a monthly membershipreport to review new members and to check for patients that are notreachable Validates patients' attestation sheets and conductsresearch to determine if and when a patient may need a follow-upvisit Coordinates with the physicians and ensures a timelysubmission of the attestation sheets to the Data Rap departmentReviews and tracks the Data Rap process to ensure patients arescheduled in a timely manner and or re-schedule as needed Providescustomer service to patients in person and via phone. Greetspatients as they arrive and ensures appropriate paperwork andaccompanying documentation is completed and collected for patientfile and billing Schedule routine and follow-up appointments.Reviews all incoming faxes and routes to the appropriate area ofthe clinic Attends required meetings and participates in committeesas requested You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performancein an environment that will challenge you and give you cleardirection on what it takes to succeed in your role as well asprovide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 3years of experience working in a medical office Intermediate levelof proficiency in PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other departmental specific programs/applications Accessto reliable transportation and a valid driver's license PreferredQualifications: Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomyBilingual Spanish and English Soft Skills: Possess planning,organizing, conflict resolution, negotiating and interpersonalskills Independent problem identification/resolution anddecision-making skills Must be able to prioritize, plan, and handlemultiple tasks, demands simultaneously Strong interpersonal skillsExcellent written, verbal and communication skills For moreinformation on our Internal Job Posting Policy, click here . Thesalary range for this role is $ 16.88 to $ 33.22 per hour based onfull-time employment.
