Job Summary: The Medical Receptionist position is located on the main campus of Englewood Hospital in a fast-paced surgery office with multiple providers. The Medical Receptionist handles a variety of tasks which includes but is not limited to: greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appoinments, managing patient paperwork, delivering records to other departments, routing phone calls to other staff and providers, and actively using the hospital EMR (Epic). The MR will manage the flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms to ensure efficient use of the physician's time. The MR must be professional, proactive, flexible and courteous at all times. Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record experience a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Education Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
