Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a Patient Care Coordinators in Oklahoma City, OK.

This is an on-site opportunity.

Please read the details below and with a current resume for consideration.

Type: Six-month contract, with possibility of extension or bing fulltime

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM

Location: Oklahoma City, OK - 73131

Pay: $17 to $19/hr

Responsibilities Include:

Greet patients at check-in and assist with check-out procedures

Provide front office reception and clerical support

Schedule appointments, take messages, and respond to patient and caller needs

Work with providers (primarily via email, occasionally in person)

Manage referrals via phone and fax

Verify insurance benefits and input client data into the EHR system

Assist new clients with paperwork, signatures, consents, and insurance verification

Schedule new clients based on staff qualifications and insurance requirements

Requirements Include:

Basic understanding of medical terminology

Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagrammed instructions

Experience with professionalmunication and medical documentation

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and EHR systems (Athena RMS or similar)

Strong written and verbalmunication skills
