Job Responsibilities: Patient Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate consultations, follow-ups, and procedures, working with surgeons and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and care. Patient Care Coordination: Ensure patients receive the necessary information and support throughout their treatment, including pre- and post-op instructions, and follow-up care. Providing Quotes for Surgery: Prepare and provide detailed, accurate quotes for patients who are interested in surgery Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and compliant with privacy laws. Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns or questions. Data Entry: Input patient information into the system, including personal details, medical history, and appointment records. Patient Education: Provide patients with relevant information about the procedures, including any potential risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience (3+ years) in a medical office or customer service role (preferably in a surgical or aesthetic environment) Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you're a natural when it comes to talking to people and making them feel at ease. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using office software, scheduling systems, and patient management tools.
