We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist with a passion for aesthetics and luxury client service to join our boutique medical spa team.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in spa or medical spa settings, including licensed estheticians or professionals experienced in cosmetic services scheduling, product knowledge, and patient experience in a self-pay environment.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming all guests and clients with a warm, polished, and professional demeanor

Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations for cosmetic procedures including injectables, lasers, facials, and other spa services

Educate clients on products and services, assisting with retail skincare purchases and upselling when appropriate

Maintain a clean, relaxing, and well-organized front office environment

Support providers with schedule flow, confirming consultations and follow-ups

Collect payments, reconcile daily transactions, and manage patient records with discretion and accuracy

Ensure a seamless experience that reflects the luxury and professionalism of a high-end spa environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a spa, medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, or luxury hospitality setting

Knowledge of aesthetic services such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and skincare products

Strong administrative skills and comfort working in EMRs, scheduling systems, Word, and Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Personable, polished, and poised under pressure

Must have a customer-first mindset with a passion for wellness, beauty, and aesthetics

Bonus if you have:

Experience in product sales and/or cosmetic procedure coordination
