Medical Front Desk Receptionist - Part Time

Express has an opening for a part-time Medical Receptionist! Our client is in the Miramar/Sorrento Valley areas and is looking for an individual with organizational skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for success. The starting pay rate ranges from $19.00 to $21.00/hour.

Medical Receptionist Job Highlights:

-Schedule/update appointments for PTs
-Answer phones
-Greet incoming patients, perform check-in process
-Keep office area and treatment rooms clean
-Order supplies
-Verify insurance benefits for patients

Minimum Requirements:

-1-2 yrs receptionist/admin with phone experience
-Experience in a medical office environment is a plus
-Need friendly, outgoing demeanor with a customer service attitude
-Must be organized and have the ability to multitask efficiently.
-Basic computer skills (MS Office)
-Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 1:30 pm (start times may vary)

Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00/hour (depending on experience)
