They will be sitting at the front desk with the below responsibilities: - Check Patients In - Verifying and authorizing insurance - Schedule follow up appointments - Answer phone calls to help patients - collect Co pays - Call for appointment reminders - Accept packages and log them into the system (hearing aids) when received - Send medical records to various parties Skills Customer service oriented, Medical terminology, Windows, Email, American Sign Language, Customer support, Customer service, Spanish Additional Skills & Qualifications Highly Preferred bilingual in either American Sign Language or Spanish and have 2 years of healthcare experience
