MD Hospitalists PLLC is looking for a friendly and professional Medical Assistant/Receptionist to support both clinical and front-desk operations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys patient interaction and teamwork. Employer is willing to train.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow

Assist with basic clinical tasks as needed

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment

Comply with HIPAA and clinic policies

Qualifications:

Active Medical Assistant Certificate required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic computer and data entry skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
