We're looking for a results-driven Medical Billing Manager to lead a large, high-performing team and drive excellence across our DME billing operations. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of 90+ billing professionals , including supervisors and team leads Oversee the full DME billing cycle: claims submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up Monitor and improve key performance metrics (AR days, denial rates, collections) Identify issues and implement solutions to reduce denials and increase reimbursement Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate documentation and clean claims Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement Report on performance and provide insights to senior leadership Requirements What We're Looking For 8+ years of medical billing experience, with leadership responsibility Degree related experience Strong DME billing experience (required) Proven success managing large teams (50+ employees) Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management and payer requirements Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications CPC or CPB certification Experience in high-volume or multi-state billing environments Demonstrated success reducing denials and improving collections Compensation $90,000 - $110,000 annually Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) + paid holidays Life and Disability Insurance FSA options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional development and growth opportunities Why Join J&B Medical?
