Patient Access Coordinator-PRN- Express Care Multiple Locations

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service orientation with professionalism and empathy

Experience in insurance or patient registration within a healthcare environment

One year of higher education or certification in coding (may substitute for experience)

High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred

Intermediate computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to manage multiple software applications simultaneously

Strong telephone and communication skills

Basic knowledge of medical terminology
