Medical Front Office Admin

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Front Office Admin for our healthcare client located in Meridian. This will be a contract opportunity and a 100% onsite, full-time position.

This role will be focused on the patient experience and will handle all aspects of the front office duties including patient check in/out, phone and email correspondence, scheduling patient appointments, collection of copays, and verification of patient demographics and insurance. This will be a fast-paced, high-volume environment and interested candidates must feel comfortable adapting to different tasks throughout the day while providing an excellent patient experience for our client's patients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years medical administrative experience
  • Must be proficient working with EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in-person etiquette
  • Ability to work well independently and problem solve independently

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
