What You'll Do

As a vital member of our team, you'll help ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for every patient. Your day will include a mix of administrative and clinical support responsibilities, such as:

  • Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinating appointments and keeping provider schedules running efficiently
  • Managing prior authorizations to support timely patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR)
  • Assisting with patient rooming and basic triage as needed

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about patients.

Required:

  • Medical Assistant diploma or CNA/EMT license
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a medical office or hospital setting
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care workflows
  • Experience using EHR systems (Epic preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at nearby Stamford locations

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stamford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
