Front Desk Receptionist / Office Manager

Convergent Print Group is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist / Office Manager for our Phoenix location. We're one of the nation's premier large-format printers billboards, retail and POP graphics, event and venue installs, and fleet wraps for major brands across the country. Our Phoenix shop is busy, and we need someone reliable, organized, and friendly to keep the front of the house running.
What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, drivers, and visitors walking in or calling in
Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls quickly and professionally
Coordinate shipping and receiving inbound deliveries, outbound freight, and everything in between
Keep office supplies, equipment, and the front office space stocked and in order
Support administrative needs across departments
Help with new-hire onboarding and benefits administration
Organize company events and internal communications
Provide support to the executive team and accounting department
Pitch in on special projects as they come up
What you'll bring:
1+ years of professional experience in reception, office management, or administrative support
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with business software a plus (QuickBooks especially)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without losing your cool
Problem-solving attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Valid US work authorization for E-Verify
