Front Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (occasional weekend rotation approximately once every 2 months) We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Front Office Receptionist to join our growing fertility practice. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment. While previous medical front desk experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong customer service skills and a professional presence. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients while providing exceptional customer service Answer and route incoming phone calls to providers and clinical staff Collect co-pays and assist with insurance verification Print daily schedules, scan documents, sort faxes, and maintain patient records in the EMR Support office operations through administrative and clerical tasks Restock supplies and help maintain a clean, welcoming office environment Assist with patient flow, scheduling support, and general front office coordination Manage patient documentation and ensure accurate record keeping Qualifications: 2+ years of medical office front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable seeing 30-50 patients per day Experience with insurance verification is a plus Bilingual Mandarin is highly preferred Experience with EMR systems preferred (EnableIVF experience is a plus) Why Join Us?
