We are seeking a professional, high-energy, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, managing daily clinic operations, and driving practice growth through effective communication and product education. This position will be supporting a large Dermatology practice and will pay up to $19/ hour. If you are interested, please apply!

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and welcome patients with a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Qualify the practice during patient inquiries and actively convert phone calls into consultations.
  • Respond to all incoming emails promptly within a 4-hour window.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all offered treatments and skincare products to confidently educate patients and promote retail sales.
  • Manage patient loyalty and rewards programs, including Alle and Aspire.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Verify and update patient demographics upon arrival; manage the checkout process seamlessly.
  • Collect deposits and payments for services rendered during office visits or at the time of scheduling.
  • Process product purchases through the POS system and perform opening/closing duties, including daily financial reconciliation.
  • Assist with monitoring, physically counting inventory, and shipping skincare products to patients as needed.
