What Youll Do

  • Provide a positive, patient-centered experience from the first phone call to the end of the visit

  • Learn and navigate physician billing software with confidence

  • Accurately enter patient data and maintain up-to-date records

  • Manage physician schedules and coordinate appointments

  • Answer incoming calls, verify insurance, and collect co-pays

  • Support clinical and administrative teams as needed

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Experience in a medical office or billing department (preferred)

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and patient billing (preferred)

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

  • A friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude
