A Medical Biller plays an integral role in the medical administration industry as they are primarily responsible for managing and submitting patient's billing data to insurance companies, and ensuring the healthcare provider is properly reimbursed for their services. They prepare and submit claims, follow up on unpaid claims, track claim status, review and appeal denied claims, and manage patient's billing accounts.
